Garry Beers

Garry Beers is an Australian musician best known as the bassist for the rock band INXS, which formed in 1977. Beers played a significant role in shaping the band's sound, contributing to their fusion of rock, new wave, and pop elements. INXS gained international fame in the 1980s and early 1990s, with notable albums such as "Kick" (1987) and "Listen Like Thieves" (1985), which produced hits like "Need You Tonight," "New Sensation," and "Devil Inside." After the death of INXS's lead singer Michael Hutchence in 1997, Beers continued to work with the band in various capacities, including touring and recording with different vocalists.
